So, I looked through all the 'main characters are evil threads' and a couple of them were close to what I wanted, but not exactly. The closest would be the 'hated main character' page. 2c24a

I definatly want something like that, but I want the main characters to actually be evil, by common definition. Butttt.... since evil is relative, I will go with the definition of cold-blooded murderer.
I can't exactly explain it, but my primary examples are Shut Hell(The chick) and the main chick in Tokyo Akazukin, but Gutts attitude in Berserk is kinda what I'm looking for, and how the main character in Togari is at the start of the story is good too. Maybe even light from Death Note, but without the book and delusions of grandeur.
Preferably historical, but not required.
Make sure they're hated, too.

I'm NOT looking for a story where the main character was evil but turns 'good', like in Togari.

P.S; Only recommend stuff with at least 1 release or licensed in the US, please.

System of Romance - the guy is a second main character (there are only 2 mains, I think).

If you are OK with hentai and yuri, I would recommend Dark Age (AZUMA Kenji). The countess should be one of the main characters.

Jiraishin - more cold blooded cop with his own code of justice - purge the unclean and the clean ones too if they get in the way! One of the few manga that really shown me a true cold blooded person. He has emotion as any other living being but he is detached from it; not really bothered by mussy guilt and feelings but happy to embrace the ecstasy of killing the criminal.
