A bit disappointing, but I didn't find it anything to be bothered about. It was a bit more realistic, and for a quick ending it did its job.

felt more like Natsuki was givinghim the kiss just to get him on the train, not out of pure feelings that she has.... and then BAM it just ends.

Yeah, I was a little confused at the end. When Kouta called Natsuki's name, she seemed incredibly emotional. After she answered her phone, though, she was back to normal. I agree that the kiss seemed more like a "just get him on the train" kind of thing, but then we see that she keeps a picture of her kissing Kouta as her phone's wallpaper...I just need two or three more pages to explain this. Maybe a six year time skip or something.

yeah i think it's cancelled by shounen jump...
maybe the polling result wasn't so good...
though i think this manga was really good...
give me another 1 extra chapter which the story timeline some years after
chapter 26, maybe it will make a better ending mmm...

This ending wasn't too bad in my opinion. When I was half-done with the chapter, I was hoping the ending wouldn't become extremely chiche. I imagined that Kouta would get to his new house with his wimpy goodbye and then bam, Natsuki is there waiting for him and they'll live together blah blah blah. The story should have gone on though. It might be interesting to see Kouta grow up and his "feelings" for Natsuki. If only these stories had character development...

I still don't understand why I bother to read Kawashita Mizuki's works (well, I probably know the answer, fanservice 😛 ). All the girls are the same of her previous works (referring to Ichigo 100%): Natsuki is basically Satsuki with the hair of Aya's color, while Sakurai is Tsukasa until she changed her haircut to the girl with the orange hair that I forget the name, from where she took the tsundere character, Natsuki's sister is the other girl with the perverted brother.
And I also think that all the pairing are wrong (I mean, he rejected the girl he's been in love for years for a girl who doesn't clearly see him as a potential partner for now).
Basically anything new, it's such a pity 'cause she can draw very well, but her stories are the same stuff.

agreed reid1 especially the pairings part everything seem so off, but i do like the fact he followed his heart instead of going off to the girl who truly loved him (cus i also think she kissed him to get him on the bus), well that said back to my dark corner of solace...

The ending did one thing like many discontinued manga. It left room for a sequal. Like Mx0 it was just too incomplete to really end it. I hope one day a sequal will come about. I love her work even if i do hate the ending of Ichigo 100%.

I like the ending, cuz he really is just too young for her ( he probably can't even make it hard ), and it couln't end in any other way . I guess the ending was far more logical than all of the story, and this is what bothering others, but i think it's a great ending end a story 😃

When there is love age is not a factor 🤣 . Well I was disappointed too with the ending but what can we do. Maybe we will get an "extra" chapter with a time skip. I see that as a high possibility, I mean I didn't think To Love-Ru would get an extra chapter and BAM it got one (although it had nothing to do with the storyline just a lot of fan service). 😀
