True, but Olimpos is still copyrighted. Unless it's fanart, you can't reference and/or trace a copyrighted work without the owner's permission even if you don't benefit financially, since that's considered stealing too and it is illegal. But like what you said, this isn't as serious as someone tracing another person's work and selling it like what Yunomi did in the VOCALOID business. D:
