most of Ghost in the shell fans will know is not a story about good or bad guys but i am curious as to know who you guys think is the best hacker or manipulator? 5e322u

Laughing man without a doubt.
He's a better hacker than even the Major. Hell, he hacked the major's cyberbrain numerous times. Not to mention the fact that Aramaki himself tried to recruit him into section 9.
Kuze is in second, since I liked his history with the Major.
The puppeteer (from solid state society) is close behind since his goal was an irable one, as well as the whole mystery of who he truly is.

i agree but if you've seen innocence then you can't look down on kim's mind games. i still say the laughing man then kuze
